Spring hiking classic with organic wine pioneer Lenz
Tour description
An enchanting landscape in picturesque Thurgau, combined with a guided tasting with Lenz wines on their famous Iselisberg. What a particularly enjoyable spring hiking day! On the way, we visit Lake Barchet with its floating islands, which is already a highlight at the beginning of the hike. Later we roam through an idyllic vineyard area high above the Thur, walk along sunny forests and also take time for spring observations in nature. The special thing about this cultural hike by wanderidee is that we stop as guests at the well-known winery of Karin and Roland Lenz, where we are allowed to enjoy a tasting with selected wines and also a personal tour of the farm. The Swiss organic wine pioneer Lenz has caused a sensation in recent years with his innovative, fungus-resistant grape varieties (PIWI). We can already look forward to selected delicacies. After the tasting, it is not far down to Uesslingen on the beautiful Thur.

ca. 16.00 Uhr, Iselisberg (Busverbindung ab Uesslingen, Zollhausweg nach Frauenfeld jeweils stündlich um .29 Uhr)
