Fitness and technical requirements
Difficulty levels
Every guest naturally wants to know how easy or difficult a hike is. The requirements for participants are described in detail in the description of each hike. For easier assessment and better comparability, we classify our hikes into four levels in terms of fitness and technique as follows:

Technical requirements | Winter
Easy snowshoe hike Slope inclination less than 25°. Overall flat or not very steep. There are no steep slopes in the immediate vicinity. |

Snowshoe hike Slope inclination up to 25°. Overall flat or not very steep. There are steep slopes in the immediate vicinity. |

Challenging snowshoe hike Slope inclination up to 30°. Overall little to moderately steep. Short steeper passages. |

Difficult snowshoe hike Not carried out by hiking guides. |
