IN 3 DAYS FROM APPENZELL TO AMDEN
Tour description
Day 1: We meet in Appenzell. After a short tour of the pretty main town of Appenzell Inneroden, we hike over the Kronberg ridge with fantastic views of the Alpstein to Schwägalp. There we spend the night at the foot of the mighty Säntis in the modern ***S Hotel Säntis of the same name.
Day 2: A spectacular canyon landscape awaits us. Over the Hinterfallenchopf with a great view into the Necker- and Luterental the way leads us to Ennetbühl. A bus transfer with subsequent chairlift ride takes us to Alp Sellamatt in Toggenburg where we will spend the night in the beautiful mountain hotel Alp Sellamatt.
Day 3: At the foot of the Churfirsten, the route leads us with gentle ups and downs to a mysterious cave. The transition Tritt brings us past the Leistchamm towards Arvenbüel above Amden, where we end our hiking days with refreshments.
